Built beneath a fallen tree from a hurricane that we have reconstructed, we have created a bar where people can gather around and enjoy local beer, wine and cocktails using our own ingredients.

A hurricane took down a tree that had stood on this farm for a long time. Rather than haul it off, we rebuilt it: the tavern sits beneath its twisted roots, lit warm at night, rustic in a way you cannot fake with new lumber.
It is a small, low-ceilinged, unhurried sort of room, and it does the job it was built for.
